The large kitchens provide plenty of room for your pet’s food and water, washers and dryers in the townhomes to help owners remove fur from their clothes, and patios or balconies so your dog can relax in the sun during the day.

Pet Policy
Dogs and caged animals are welcome. The Pet must be of a gentle disposition. Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, wolf-hybrids and any other vicious dog breeds are strictly prohibited. In addition, fish tanks over twenty (20) gallons, rats, birds, mice, reptiles, ferrets, and exotic animals are also strictly prohibited.
- Max. two dogs permitted. No weight restrictions. Breed restrictions apply.
- $50.00 pet rent per month per dog
- $250.00 pet deposit for apartments and $350.00 pet deposit for townhomes
- Additional pet coverage must be included on all renter’s insurance policies
