Rollins Park has partnered with the Pet Screening company. They provide hassle-free compliance services with your pet’s records, vaccinations, screening of Service & Emotional Support animals, insurance, fees, etc. Every resident, including residents who do not have pets, will be requested to fill out a profile and follow the prompts.
Residents that do not have a pet will still need to verify understanding of our pet policy by clicking the verification button during the profile setup process.
Dogs and caged animals are welcome. The dogs must be of a gentle disposition. Cats, Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, wolf-hybrids and any other vicious dog breeds are strictly prohibited. In addition, fish tanks over twenty (20) gallons, rats, birds, mice, reptiles, ferrets, and exotic animals are also strictly prohibited.
- Max. two dogs permitted. No weight restrictions. Breed restrictions apply.
- $50.00 pet rent per month per dog
- $250.00 pet deposit for apartments and $350.00 pet deposit for townhomes
- Additional pet coverage must be included on all renter’s insurance policies
